Out of Touch

I know, I know- where are the updates?!

The little miss is 14 weeks old! I am back at work :( and there are many more updates worthy of mention but alas I have less time now than I had before. But I do have big plans to update this blog more regularly! I promise. And my other blog too, since I need to lose 15lbs from pregnancy and 10 more to get to my post study weight. So updates galore!

Carya 6 weeks

I have no good excuse for why I have been absent from posting, other than the fact that this adorable little girl is consuming my time, attention and heart!

She is growing well, at her one month visit she weighed 10lbs 3oz and was 22 (or 23) inches long (75th percentile!). She smiles, she laughs, she loves her lambs on the swing, she loves her playmat, she loves going on walks and she is very alert and loves to look around and see the world!

Little Miss Arrives!

I know it is delayed- but I am happy to announce that the little miss made her official appearance on December 14th at 12:12am weighing in at 7lbs 15oz. It was a long labor but I made it through and the payoff at the end was surely worth it. Here she is Miss Carya (Kar-ee-uh) Helen:

She is sleeping and eating well and seems to be one happy little girl!
